I’ve been in contact with lots of freelancers in my career so far. This type of people amaze me in some ways, as they share some specific skills, which you rarely find in usual companies without leadershipskills in the management:

- Outstanding knowledge about topics
- Exemplary motivation
- Pervasive Self-Confidence
During some talks with some of those colleagues, I noticed that the big issue on freelancing seems to be the challange of getting projects; the risk of being without project and therefore income. From my perspective, this exactly matches to the required skills mentioned above.
