This role is an expert for the creation and maintenance of test data. Based on the project-context and testdata strategy different competencies are required.
If the data is creaed via database dumps or database scripts, this role must be an expert for databases. If the data is created/provided via a program or script other skills, e.g. software development, might be required instead.
Next to technical competencies and an understanding of the data model, functional business know-how is required to determine functional usefull data constellations.
