Governance


Governance ensures that policies and strategies are implemented and lived within an organization and processes observed.

Corporate Governance contains the laws, rules, policies and processes which are considered for operating, regulating and controlling the business.

Governance Strategy   

Governance activities can be seen in a triagle between the following disciplines:

    • Changes to the fundings?

    • Define guidelines
    • Deligate actions, e.g. via a Request for Change
