Comprehensive Roles

Service Owner

Responisble for a service in an End-to-End perspective. As a service may include multiple processes, he needs to allign between all responsibles to provide the desired service in an appropriate quality. 

Process Owner

Responsible for the result / outcome of a process.

Process Manager

Responsible for the execution of a process.

Process Practitioner

Executes tasks within a process.
