Comprehensive Service Design Roles

IT Designer / IT Architect

Designes and manages applications and environments. This role is also responsible to be compliant to given policies and processes.

IT Planner

Creates time-schedule for a service design package (e.g. development, testing, etc. until the go-live). This role also checks for dependencies for the given schedule (e.g. shared ressources) and provides a release plan. The role can also provide the golden thread.

Service Design Manager

Is responsible for escalations and coordinates the desires of all projects. The role has an comprehensive view and has the big picture in mind.
